Ratings and reviews

Entering personal and family information is tedious. After selecting seats, filling in details, and accepting the terms, clicking Pay shows a payment rejection error, but the real issue is that the seats were already taken. You're forced to start over loseing everything you entered to realize that. Suggestion: - less user info to fill - correct error message reasons - move seats selection to the end, or allow change them if booked during filling the form

The service at Madinah station was really bad. The app wouldn't take my payment, and when I went to the office to buy a ticket, they charged me an extra 17 SAR. The staff were rude and didn't care to listen or help.

It was a night mare and a full scale scam, a fraud. we bought the tickets before Ramadan planing for a trip back and forth, Makkah-medinha. long story short, once in the station our tickets were canceled without a notice. we were kept waiting for an hour until train departed. Lost tickets of 7 members x2, hotel booking, and cab. Shame on you!
