Too difficult to set up the SIMs. I waste at least 1/2 hour each time trying to follow all the steps. Even after setting up 4 esims for different countries I travel to, there is always something that doesn't work right. This time, I re-used a sim for Japan from 4 months ago which I left in inactive since I needed to make the trip I'm on now. So I topped it up & activated it before leaving for Japan. When I arrived, it doesn’t work! And they won't refund to my cc. I give up.

Used it for my 2-week trip to Turkey. Followed their instruction to install App and eSIM before the trip and activated upon arrival in IST. It didn't worked right away, but was fine after enabled/disabled Airplane mode. Also had to do this a few times during my trip. Other than that, it worked out great.

Do not use this company for traveling. Their internet never works as advertised. You will taste the pain of not having proper internet when traveling. Second, their instruction for setup is outdated. I spent quite some time setting up the eSim. Third, their customer service sounds nice at first but they ignored me after I stated my issue. Also, when you browse the internet, the ip address is Singapore. For whatever reason, it is being blocked by some websites because it is not local ip addres
