The app takes a very long time to open, and then it stays stuck on "Connecting..." forever. Even after opening a chat to make a call, it gets horribly laggy and stuck. On top of that, there are way too many ads! When I disconnect a call, the app refuses to close and the call screen doesn't disappear for a long time. My internet connection is extremely fast and all other apps work smoothly, so this is definitely an issue with imo itself. very bad experience

I have been using IMO for around 6 months and it was working perfectly before. But for the past 4–5 days, video calls keep freezing and showing “Connection Unstable.” Audio calls are also getting stuck and sometimes we have to call 3–5 times before it works properly. Both sides have a strong and stable internet connection, so this seems to be an IMO issue. Please fix this problem as soon as possible. IMO is very important for us to stay connected with our loved ones abroad.
