Total amount disbursed will be Ksh 10000
Total amount to repay will be Ksh 13260 (Ksh 10000 + Ksh 3260)
Two monthly payments of Ksh 6630
Some customers may be charged a late fee.

This is a very useful app. I love the experience, the rates are friendly. Definitely a must use. As at now 23/10/2025, I'm unable to make transactions because I'm told I don't have a wallet because of identity verification I have reached out to customer care, there's no response. it should be looked into immediately, it's frustrating

Very bad experience☹️, I have paid the full loan amount on time to increase my credit score and credit limit on this platform. But the second time I applied for my application was rejected for no reason, no reasonable response from the platform. They want to put me hold for 180 days? In emergency how can someone wait for 180 days?

The app has been unreliable in recent times and customer service terrible.Each time I buy meter credits for my prepaid meter, the transaction ends at "pending" whilst the money is debited from the wallet.The credit token isn't sent and you have to send emails before you get what you paid for in a day or two.The chat box has become useless and your complaints are left unattended to.Other times, transfer transactions also end in pending with the transfer being completed later on.Do better.
