I have issues during checkout most times. If you have an issue, you can't restart the order without more issues. The cart shows up empty even with continue order and the cart icon shows items in the cart. I have to completely restart. I tried to use Google Pay, which took me off the app to set up and then Google Pay wouldn't work because of an issue with the app. So I went back to try again and had to restart Also, there's no way to use a gift card in the app. There used to be?

Local coffee spot (formerly known as SIPS) is now under new management as White Buffalo. There is no sign out front with the new name yet -- just a logo of a Buffalo with "coffee bar" written below it. SIPS was always tops in customer service, and so far, that hasn't changed. I sampled a few items from the limited food menu of mainly munchies. The chicken salad croissant was great. Coffee drinks, teas, smoothies are very customizable. Prices are too high for the portions given. Very convenient.

Placed an $18.76 order on the app and two days later it updated the payment and charged my card double at $37.52! Outrageous! What a scam. I have a charge from yesterday pending at $9 I hope it doesn't do the same thing. Avoid this app!
