The educational application brings children exercises in a new playful way.
It contains 30 positions (eg: cat, dog, camel, frog, fish, warrior, greeting the Sun), which are based on yoga exercises adapted for smaller children. The individual phases and variations of the position are explained and illustrated in photos (rehearsed by children). Each position has its own little cheerful animation to entertain the children and a short poem narrated by the children.
The individual exercises are used in the story of the enchanted castle and relaxation for a pleasant sleep.
These positions can also be used for assembly and create your own path.
Exercise is designed for preschool and younger school children, but selected positions (in a lighter or heavier form) can be practiced by anyone - age is not a limitation.
