Fedilab is a multifunctional Android client to access the distributed Fediverse, consisting of micro blogging, photo sharing and video hosting.

It supports:
- Mastodon, Pleroma, Pixelfed, Friendica.

I would love to give this 5 stars, but the actual experience of using Peertube on here is just terrible. Can't even like or comment on things because, "The video can't be federated!" The screen always goes to vertical mode regardless of my screen's lock settings where it will always turn even if I'm keeping my phone perfectly still, so I can't even lie down to watch videos. Searching for Peertube instances is also really unintuitive, and I can't even follow accounts through Fedilab. Not great.

Fedilab works much better than the free clients I have tried and has the best "pick up where you left off" features of any social media app I have used. Feature request: give some form of feedback when "working" to "Fetch more messages". This can take quite a while given the nature of the Fediverse and there's no way of knowing that it's still loading. Thanks!

I love how I can access all my Mastodon accounts in one place. The only thing on my wish list is that all of them could be displayed in one feed with something saying what account's feed it is associated with. Overall a great, easy-to-use app, and it's easier to use than the Mastodon app, especially if you want to follow hashtags.
