About this app

The Pame App allows bus passengers to plan their journeys when using Cyprus Public Transport. The app gives passengers real time information on buses and their arrival at each bus stop. Passengers can also browse an interactive bus map, access route information, route maps and other information. Passengers can also top up their Motion Travel Card.

Without the account this app seems to be useless. Whenever I try to make an account it says "Access Denied". I'm trying for 3 days at different times. Visited the ticket office yesterday but he couldn't help. Now tried to call the helpline and after 3-5 minutes of waiting a representative came and hung up without even listening to the problem. I just greeted her and she greeted me back and then I tried to tell the problem and she hung up within 5-10 seconds. Is anyone responsible here?

It used to be a nice app, but the last few days it just doesn't properly function. It used to show me lots of bus schedules and options to reach my destination. Now it always says "no results". It's like there are no bus schedules anymore.

Very poor in terms of user experience. For instance, to plan your route, you need to find your destination on the map first, and you can't add a new route in the routes page, which makes zero sense. Also it's impossible to see the routes from the past (for absolutely no reasons), and thus if you already boarded the bus, you can't check a route which includes this very bus you're riding, because Pame thinks it's from the past. And more and more idiotic design decisions. Just rework the whole app.
