This didn't seem to have any effect, either with my Bluetooth headphones or my phone speakers. It gives you 11 trials before needing to buy the pro version. I tested with my speakers using a latency detection app. It doesn't explain how it reduces latency, so it's hard to evaluate whether it could have done better; I suspect it's adjusting the Bluetooth audio codec but for some devices there aren't alternatives.

will not work. I used a latency tester to test it. it landed on the same thing after making the sound

I was experiencing bluetooth lag on my galaxy A54 when outputting phone movie sound to my Bluetooth speaker and this app worked well to resolve it. Now lips are nearly synced perfectly with the sound. I tested it with an audio (delay) tester and it seemed right in sync with the metronome. The app requires no permissions and collects no data on its use. It opens no ports on your phone.
