Great app to make doctor or other regular service needed. Easy to use and once first set up the process to make an appointment is very quick & you can automatically send a calendar note to remind you have a booking. The only thing I would like to see to improve, would be to be able to make a note that goes directly to your service provider you selected.

It's probably fine for people who have a long history with the same gp, but for me, it has been a fiasco. The receptionist at the gp I went to appears to be hiding behind this app, refusing to answer the phone and making it impossible to contact the office. The only way I can find out what happened with the tests I went for a month ago is to go in to the office, as the app has not sent me a recall message. This could be serious, but nobody has contacted me. If I die, it will be your fault.

I don't like that I have to provide my card details in order to book an appointment. I don't find it convenient to be charged automatically instead of in person. Especially if the charge is incorrect. I want to be able to book an appointment with my GP as I could on HealthEngine and IF there is a fee, I will pay it at the reception desk. This step needs to go.
