I've been trying to submit an NDIS volunteer worker check. What a clunker this app is. I've encountered multiple problems with the app stalling through the process. Unbelievably you can't save info where you experienced the difficulty and you have to start right from the beginning. And if you decide to do a paper application it's 13 pages long. Total thumbs down from me

Really poor app. Ive deleted and reinstalled on my Android phone. Ive tried to access the digital wallet to add a digital card, im either asked to sign in or open an account, it keeps saying it doesn't recognise my email with either. No help or assistance to follow through. Definitely a zero.

The app seems OK, but why not make the headings text in the top "go to" squares visible for both lines so that I don't have to press on them to see what the item actually is? I can only see "Get ready..." "Check..." "Get a..." "Register..." rather than the complete title
