Worst app ever. I just started using this app since 27th September 2024 and after using two days I am not able to login. After filling the login credentials it says "We are unable to process your request, please try after sometime" I am getting this after so many attempts. 😡

This app has turned worst since last two updates. Can't login through my user id and password credentials and doesn't login even after entering the catchpa. But it gets logged via otp, then what's the use of creating the profile with user id and password which I have been using for years?

Haven't seen a worst app than this. And haven't come accross any more worst than Bajaj Allianz life. Their data bases are wrong, their link do not work, their calculation for premium are in contradiction at various levels. Their are issues with login on website as well as on app. Their call-rep had to cut sorry a multiple times. The app is not only unstable but also fails to log on. And to add to my horror, my postal address is incorrect on the website, even when I am a KYC compliant customer..
