please fixed bugs when I'm signing in though UAE pass doesn't login it's asking passcode then back suddenly

I wanted to register a complaint against Du, I downloaded the app but unable to register or link account with UAE pass. When Tey to link with UAE pass, I was not getting OTP, tried many times. When tried to create new account, the app doesn't go to next level even after pressing on continue button. Such a waste of time.
