Ratings and reviews

It's just so slow. It loses connectivity all the time (and it's not on my end). When you want to check your PnL, it's so bass-ackward to get it...oh, and it's not current but 2 days old! I want to like this exchange but I want a much faster and reliable app. I give it an extra star because at least it doesn't have the ridiculous number of ads that Blofin or BTCC have in their apps.

Bitunix is one of the most responsible and responsive exchanges I’ve ever used. Even during a major market crash and a temporary system issue, they did their best to compensate users. The Bitunix Pro app is excellent and offers free access to TradingView. With this professional approach, I believe Bitunix will become one of the best exchanges in the future. Wishing the hardworking team continued success.

I cannot recommend this exchange. The only real benefit to using it over others is that you can sign up without having to do KYC and get rewards for trading. However, it wasn't long after using it that they began "requesting" me to complete KYC. Of course, it's not really a request. They want you to send in a copy of your passport and a video recording. If you are going to do that, don't do it on a Chinese exchange. Use a reputable U.S. exchange. Otherwise, use Weex, Blofin, or something else.
