About this app

Track contractions and baby kicks easily with Mama Tracker. Use the kick counter and contraction timer to know when labor starts and when it’s time to go to the hospital.

Main features of the app for expectant mothers:

✅ Baby kick counter with statistics and notes
✅ Contraction counter and timer to track labor
✅ Hospital bag checklist (editable)
✅ Export data in PDF format
✅ Helpful articles for moms-to-be
🌈 Multiple app themes

⭐️ For Expectant Moms

Why count your baby's movements?

Fetal activity usually peaks around 32 weeks. After that, movements may feel less frequent as the baby grows and has less space. Regular kicks are a sign of a healthy baby. If you notice a decrease in movements, it may be a warning sign. That’s why doctors often recommend tracking kicks from 28–30 weeks until delivery.

⭐️ Baby Kick Counter

🤰 The kicks counter will help you:

✔️ View your baby’s activity statistics by the hour
✔️ Learn different methods of counting movements
✔️ Create notes for baby movement sessions
✔️ Export and share the history with your doctor (OB-GYN)

⭐️ Contraction Timer

⏱ The contraction timer will help you know if you are in labor. By tracking the frequency and duration of your contractions, you’ll know if it is time to go to the hospital or if you should stay home for a while.

⭐️ Hospital Bag Checklist

📝 For your convenience, we have divided the hospital bag list into 6 categories. Check off collected items, add or remove whatever you see fit! We’ve created the list to help you make sure you don’t forget anything.

📚 In the "Articles" section, we publish up-to-date information for expectant mothers. Ask your questions and leave comments on any article!

Mama Tracker is created with the guidance of a qualified doctor to support you every step of the way.

I have been using the app for three weeks, as needed. Multiple times I have had the app alert me that it is time "to go to the hospital" which in my case, is not true. I find it bothersome and annoying that the app will keep saying this to me, I wish I could turn it off. I understand why it thinks that, I am an experienced birther, as it is my 7th baby, but I need the app to keep track, not tell me what to do. App takes too long to open and use.

Thank you for your feedback and for using our app during this important time. We understand the hospital alerts may not suit everyone and will consider adding an option to turn them off. We’re also working to improve app speed. Your input is truly appreciated!

I used this to count contractions and really nothing else. It was very easy to use as contractions came and went, just a single button on a screen.
