I love this app! The workouts are easy to follow and you can customize it to your needs. Equipment like dumbbells is not required but you can select routines that include it if you have it at home. There are some tasty recipes too The best thing for me is that no workout ever exceeds 25-30 min, which is very doable in my postpartum life - I leave baby on the floor and have fun with her while keeping myself active (body and mind - that serotonin boost is a must during this period!)

This has been a great app for my pregnancy. A good mix of strength workouts, pelvic floor work, and mobility. I like the built in music feature and that you can switch between different ones.

Love the workout tracking, the way you can modify your plan each time you modify any personal changes. Will definitely be following my plan to the end and purchase again for the following year.!
