About this app

Eleven E-Scooter Sharing is a convenient and fun way to ride around the city. Simply download the app, find and unlock an e-scooter nearby and go!

Use Eleven for:

• getting from metro to your office or home
• rides with your family and friends
• exploring the city on a sunny weekend
• showing your foreign friends around the city
• any short-distance rides in the city centre

How it works:

• Open the Eleven App and find a scooter nearby.
• Scan the QR code on the handlebar to unlock the scooter.
• Put on a helmet, kick off and press the throttle. Enjoy your ride!
• When arrived, park the scooter wherever convenient – no need to look for special parking stations
• That’s it!

Ratings and reviews

Logged into the app successfully before the ride. But when I came to the bike I get the error "Your request was throttled. Please try in 60minutes". Thanks for the ride that never happened. Useless app if you can't get the bike when you are in front of it.

Scooters are randomly shutting down, there is no warning about that and it definitely doesn't depend on battery charge, because I had several shutdowns with 70% and 50%. The worst part is: because there is not so many of them, it is really hard to find a new one after such lockage. Briefly speaking, good scooters, very bad service....

I am very glad that this service appeared in my city. App has simple and easy to use interface. Problems are: high prices - it is significantly cheaper to use uber, no ability to report broken vehicle (not all problems are visible from the first glance), no ability to use some sound signal to find vehicle (gps is not too precise)
