App loads horizontally, which is inconvenient. App also hangs up most of the time, and logs me out frequently. Edit: now I can't even log in at all. Changing 2 star review to 1 star. Edit: I thought the update was working better, but its been several days of having to log in every single time I access the app. Please fix this soon.

This was supposed to be an upgrade to the previous APP. But in my opinion , it was a downgrade. It does not allow many functions that the previous APP allowed. One can not fully manage their thermostat with this version of the APP. I have sent Bryant many emails regarding this issue. I have suggested they make the previous APP available again and give us users the choice of which one we want to use. I have not received any satisfactory replies from them regarding this issue.

Developer contact information isn't even valid anymore. It's apparent that carrier/Bryant doesn't monitor app feedback or provide adequate support. Very disappointing. App worked great for a couple of weeks. Then today out of the blue, I was logged out and now I can't get logged back on. It keeps looping back to the log in screen. Worked before, but not today. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail.
