Ratings and reviews

This is not about the app it is about the company behind it. They don't refund the money if you return your orders, but they give you a voucher.... which expires within 1 year. If you don't use it, your money is GONE! Very often, the prices are higher than in the concurrence, and the quality of the products are questionable. I don't recommend using the app/ company.

My experience has been overwhelmingly negative with Deindeal, DD. I experienced terrible customer service, complete lack of consumer protection. I purchased a service through DD. their client didn't respond to my calls or emails. I had to cancel my voucher but to my surprise DD didn't refund. They hide behind their strict “no refunds” rule offering zero recourse for dissatisfied customers. Save your money & peace of mind; Deindeal do not value you as a customer, you're merely their cash cow.
