Update: Stopped repeatingly asking me to rate the app. The app takes care of the hassle of editing your base and army, and just does it for you! The options are extremely good, and have helped me progress through the game. Not 5 stars, because of ads. I get it, it's free and you need to make money, but adding no options to purchase a zero ads feature? Pretty irritating.

A really good app for bases and strategies, for free! And it also has tips too! All the attack strategies and bases have full description, meaning, you'll know everything! Message to developer: Please update the war strategies, add the hero equipments to the strategies, this is very important, and add the town hall 16 attack strategies.
