I really like this app, it's extremely easy to use and very stable, also the tech support team are always so polite and quick to reply. I have been using it on my cell phone and tablet with no problems for the past 10 months and wanted to install it on my new Jetstream IPTV box however was informed by your tech team that Tunnel Bear doesn't support Android TV... so unfortunately will not be renewing my subscription when it expires in December since I am switching to a different VPN provider.

So far the desktop experience has been pretty good but the mobile app is complete garbage. I've had to reinstall tunnel bear about 50 times. After the first few connections are successful, my bear decides to get performance anxiety or something and just gives up. I'm not sure if this is because my bear is depressed or something but the only way I can get it to work is by basically reinstalling the app and logging back in. This works for about 2 or 3 connections but then the VPN gives up again.

This is a great VPN app for people who aren't very tech savvy. It's super intuitive and easy to understand. The drawback is that it's so simple, there aren't many customization options available. It would be great if you could set a schedule or set a download / upload limit. Very useful and well worth the money though, I can watch any YouTube video I want regardless of country restrictions.
