They screw you then ignore you. I ordered 2 toys. They were shipped seperatly. I paid the extra insurance to ensure it came. Only one came. I reached out to customer service. There solution was to give me a gift card for the price of the toy. Heres the problem i went on their website to reorder the exact same toy. Not only had the price doubled on the toy my son had ordered but i would have to pay for shipping . the shipping was free on the first order because i ordered 2 items.

I've ordered hundreds of dollars within the last 3 months. I am disappointed in the way the business is handled. It has nothing to do with the app the app works. The CSR actually asked if I I really believed the sales advertising. I have the messages to prove it. I ordered some of the silver beautiful but not as demonstrated on the advertising pictures. I haven't received all of that order YET! Today I got a jacket that I ordered. Took forever, it is of the cheapest quality and expensive.,🥺

So far this has been a great site. My daughter ordered an iphone 11 and I've have ordered 2 samsung phones and so far we have had no issues. You can also use afterpay which helps when your wanting something a bit more than you can afford at the time. Great app with great prices and will be using again in the near future.
