Ratings and reviews

They show you their products which are usually amazing and last a long time, they're worth the money. Today I can't find a direct contact with them. First time I have run into an issue and there is no way to reach them.

Not the best at times. Doesn't always have updated items while live, hosts say to refresh constantly if we can't see items. Sometimes it works and usually it doesn't. Has a lot of lag, and it's not my wifi or internet or my NEW phone that is causing it. You can find items if you decide to shop without the live part bit scrolling is laggy. When you back space it does this weird scroll thing that doesn't bring you back to the same spot so you have to re orient and look for where you where.

I love all my lug items. They are very well made and offer a lot of different styles. I love the specials and Free Shipping if you spend a certain amount which I think is great. I own a lot of lug products. I love the many compartments that are in the bags and even the wallets. I also love the hidden water bottle space that can be closed when not in use. I have nothing negative to say.
