I lost weight with this method. Staying on it was the clincher. Her items are very expensive which is why not a 5⭐ and I had to think outside the box to make it work. Some of her products have sweeteners that I can't have. I had to modify her method to foods I can eat due to my allergies. Otherwise I was thankful for all of her information and encouragement. She and her team are wonderful!❤️

I tried a1 day cleanse, nothing happened. I tried a 3 day cleanse, nothing happened 🙃 I spent a months pay on bone broth (I get paid monthly ss) I also bought 3 Grown American Super Food packs but can't use them I can't stand the taste. Couldn't get anywhere with customer service and they aren't cheap! I really like the broth but can't afford it. I have lost 11 lbs so at least that's something. I don't know where to go from here 😕
