How the Trust App Works
The Trust App centers around a Balance Chart that allows you to track habits across seven foundational categories. Each habit carries a point value that reflects the level of effort and attention required, which helps create a more realistic picture of your daily choices.
As you use the app, you progress through the Trust Journey, a guided framework that recognizes consistency, reflection, and long-term engagement rather than short-term intensity. Progress is measured across weeks, not individual days, encouraging sustainable growth.
The app also includes Magical Moments, which allow you to record meaningful insights or experiences that contribute to your overall sense of progress and awareness. These moments provide additional context beyond habit tracking alone.
Through the Discovery Feed, you can see shared activity from other players, offering a sense of connection and perspective. Trust Tribe and Trust Team features support you in creating trustworthy people around you, which aids in accountability and consistency.

What’s New in This Build
This update introduces improvements across the Trust App experience. Onboarding has been updated, the habit library has been refined with updated titles, descriptions, and added video content, and several core sections such as the Watch Feed and Balance Chart have received visual updates.
New sections including the Trust Journey, Trust Tribe, and Trust Teams have been added, along with new gamification elements such as milestones, badges, and Trust Coins. User data will carry over automatically, and a login will be required after updating. This release also includes general stability improvements.
