After waking up both the thorax and abdomen patches both said "preparing"- so I guess this test was useless? Despite working properly whilst going to bed, it somehow doesn't actually work throughout the night. The worst part is the "STOP TEST" button wouldn't work, because it appears it cannot stop unless all pieces are working. The Wesper program would not turn off and upon rebooting phone to crash the program, the clock has now turned negative! EDIT: support aware of issues and refuse to fix

I really wanted to rate this product higher. But there have been a string of problems with the latest being that I was charged for a month even though I returned the equipment and my emails have gone unanswered. Their policy states that if equipment is received within 7 days of the charge they will refund it. Tracking shows mine was received within that time. I sent 3-4 emails requesting a refund with no reply. Multiple times my sleep report would fail to save/sync which wasted patches.

I'd like to use the sleep study that I'm going to be billed $160 for but this app is preventing me from doing so. I'm able to download the app as well as use EVERY app on my phone just fine with the network I have but inputting my birthday and location just requires too much data and causes a "Network error"? My network works just fine! I do not have a network error! I'm not paying $160 out of pocket for something that doesn't work! Save your money, find a different sleep study.
