Learn, test, and deploy Modbus—fast. Modbus Monitor Advanced is a complete toolkit that runs as Client (Master) and Server (Slave) with powerful write tools, conversions, logging, and cloud integrations. Use it to bring up PLCs, meters, VFDs, sensors, HMIs, and gateways in the lab or in the field.
What you can do
• Master & Slave in one app: Modbus Client (Master), Modbus Server (Slave), and Modbus TCP Sensor Server
• Eight protocols: Modbus TCP, Enron/Daniels TCP, RTU over TCP/UDP, UDP, TCP Slave/Server, Modbus RTU, Modbus ASCII
• Four interfaces: Bluetooth SPP & BLE, Ethernet/Wi-Fi (TCP/UDP), USB-OTG serial (RS-232/485)
• Define full maps: Simple 6-digit addressing (4x/3x/1x/0x) for quick reads/writes
• Write tools for real-world work: One-Click Write from Write Preset, swipe left = Write Value, swipe right = Menu
• Data conversions: Unsigned/Signed, Hex, Binary, Long/Double/Float, BCD, String, Unix Epoch Time, PLC scaling (bipolar/unipolar)
• Turn integers into text: Map coded values to human-readable status/messages
• Push data to cloud: MQTT, Google Sheets, ThingSpeak (configurable intervals)
• Import/Export: Import CSV configs; export data to CSV every second/minute/hour
• Pro tuning: Interval, inter-packet delay, link timeout, live RX/TX counters

Use your phone/tablet as a Modbus TCP device exposing on-board sensors—handy for demos, training, and quick remote monitoring.
USB-OTG serial chipsets
Works with FTDI (FT230X/FT231X/FT234XD/FT232R/FT232H), Prolific (PL2303HXD/EA/RA), Silicon Labs (CP210x), QinHeng CH34x, and STMicro USB-CDC (VID 0x0483 PID 0x5710/0x5720). RS-485 tested with “no echo” enabled.
