Ratings and reviews

For the app developers: The app is from stone ages, very slow, full of bugs related to syncing, I had to go online via web to change password in order to gain access from the app. For the bank: Your web and app design and security is old, cheap, and over complicated for me. It's not over secure. It's over complicated.

I cannot access the account This is the most hideous annoying application ever like it took me so long to rest the password to match your stupid guidelines and when it did eventually after one hour and even reset the challenge which is an ancient way to prove that it's me so fix it and develop it and evolve this thing as it's annoying we are in 2024 for God🙂

Horrible app experience and overall the worst banking experience I ever had in my entire life, app technical issues led to my digital account getting locked, called the hotline over 30 times (literally over 30 times), the hotline is either "busy" or I get put on hold up to 20+ minutes. Couldn't get to a customer rep in any call. The digital account has been locked for over two months and when they called with instructions after a complaint, the solution they provided didn't work either.
