The app was fine the way it was. Why did it change? Oh I know, so people have to buy twice as much to get the same benefits as before. This change has actually made me stop going to your stores as often as I used to. Good move. edit: there's gotta be a way to undo point redemption on rewards. I have 1500 points wasted because I hit the wrong coupon apparently and my sandwich didn't match. I brought a 12 inch sub but since in was under the NY giants special menu, it didn't count. 0 stars.

The app seems fine so far. Pretty annoying that you can't pay with the app like you can with most other loyalty/ mobile ordering apps. I suppose being able to place orders in advance is a nice convenience. Also, the nutrition information omits self-serve and fountain beverages so there's really no way to see calorie and carb content for things like slushies and self-serve coffee drinks. Not a bad app but inferior to other similar apps.

Update 6/25/2025: Downgrade to 1 star. App crashes often The newly designed app has 2 major issues: 1. The app doesn't show the cost of items clearly or not at all. Adding items to a sandwich, for example, doesn't show the price. 2. The app can go into endless loop after selecting a location, not advancing to shtiw a selection of items to order. You must kill the app and restart it, to place an order. I like that finally it's possible to make payment via the app, instead of the store's kiosk.
