SmartCare® Response is a monitoring App for connecting family and friends to the users of Chiptech personal emergency response systems (PERS).
With this App, you can monitor someone you care for, and be a Responder in the event of an emergency. When a help button is pressed, emergency alerts are sent to all Responders simultaneously, notifying them via push notifications and text messages. Through the App, a Responder can call the device and talk to the user, view what action has been taken, and in-app message each other during an event.
There is no limit to the number of people who can act as a Responder. App Responders can monitor multiple device users with the SmartCare® Response App.
Responders also receive regular updates from the user’s device, including daily check in's, test reports, battery and power status, and missing pendant alerts.
