WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. I CANCELED A MONTH AGO AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME, SAID I NEEDED "WRITTEN NOTICE" EVEN THOUGH I CANCELED WITH THE TRAINER DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEY STOLE 340 DOLLARS FROM ME you will be way better off finding someone outside their service and dealing with them directly. It's cheaper. The people actually doing the work are the ones getting paid, and you don't have to worry about predatory business practices. edit: They just charged me AGAIN.

The trainers are great here, but I do take issue with the 30 day cancellation policy and how expensive they are compared to similar services. I was paying month to month for $90 per hour and when I talked to a customer service rep, they tried to get me switch to $75 per session, but I can find a more affordable option and won't be using Svetness again.

Terrible experience: - It took extremely long for a trainer to be assigned to me and I had to follow up many times for that to happen. - I reported issues with my first trainer, svetness acknowledged my issues but didn't take any actios for ~3 weeks. l had to follow up more to get a new trainer assigned to me. - They don't send a reminder for new payments, there's a 100% chance that you'll be charged one extra month for some reason or the other. - They are extremely overpriced
