For one thing, I am NOT a cutomer, I'm a patient!! Fix that ASAP!!!! And if you're going to offer the ability to link accounts, they actually need to link! I've lost count of the number of times when I've gotten a notice saying that my accounts can't be currently linked. Then what's the point in offering that to patients?? I really don't think you understand how annoying it is to hear "customer representative " when I'm on hold... again, I'm a patient, NOT a customer!!!

I've been using this app for a few years now. Suddenly it stopped allowing me to sign in. It tells me to "report to analytics & wait for a fix. This app has a bug". I've used Uninstaller, reinstalled from Google apps & same thing, every time. Luminis sends email alerts and from there I can access. Not so with the app. Plz fix Side note: I can only record my blood pressure using this app. Something to do with app not really android friendly I'm told by office staff? What's that all about?

WHEN IT WORKS, IT WORKS! I have to repeatedly update my password because from one log in to another, this app does not acknowledge, accept or remember my password. I have had to update it almost every time I use this app. The crazy thing is when I do update it, with the exact same password, it accepts it. FIX IT!
