The Abacus HQ Parent Portal will provide information on how to download the appropriate Abacus Brands VR app based on the physical kit purchased. Additionally, Abacus HQ provides reporting for parents as your child works their way through the VR kit.

Abacus HQ is the parent app for Bill Nye's VR Science Kit, Professor Maxwell's VR Junior Chef, Professor Maxwell's VR Magic, Professor Maxwell's VR Universe and Professor Maxwell's VR Science Lab.

Here we are Christmas morning and 3 hours later still no confirmation sent to our email or spam box. My son can't play with it. We've contacted support and have heard nothing while another company for a different toy has gotten back to us already. This game is being sent back to Amazon and I'll be writing a bad review there also. You all should be ashamed that you haven't addressed this problem already. I don't recommend this company to anyone and will not being buying anything further.

I've read so many reviews about the confirmation email not working, but I didn't have any problem with it. I got the confirmation email, and downloaded the appropriate app for the kit (science lab). We haven't done any of the experiments yet but we're testing out the VR. It's pretty cool. I thought I had an issue with the volume before, but I changed the setting and it's working just fine.

No confirmation email ever comes. So you cannot even use VR. TERRIBLE. You can download app, you need to register in order to use VR, you need an account. When you try to create an account, it sends you a confirmation email to verify so you can begin. No verification email ever comes. So, you cannot use it. Very disappointed 8 year old on Christmas. You guys suck. Like 2020 wasn't bad enough, you lazy programmers can't even fix this, and now my daughter's Christmas is terrible too.
