About this app

STEAM LAB VR combines our physical toys with interactive experiences. Imagine digging out a dinosaur fossil and then visiting fossil rich sites, or building a planetarium and flying through the universe. This app is designed to blend our tangible projects and activities with immersive experiences in virtual reality!

Each physical kit comes with an informative booklet, a fun hands on activity, and VR goggles!

This is a companion app. Requires physical kit for full functionality. Physical kits can be purchased at https://www.abacusbrands.com/

Paid for unlimited usage but all apps are still locked.. I have emailed their support team numerous times, and they responded once and said it was fixed but it still is not. Yesterday I sent a screen shot of my paid account status and still no response.

I unlocked an item in the library to try it out, then registered for an account so I can access my library from a different device. The sign up / login process was a pain because the app doesn't support input from password manager. Had to make up a simple and insecure password just so I can remember it. Then after logging in on the other device, I found out the item I unlocked didn't transfer with my account. What's even the point of creating an account?
