Nanxiang Express's loyalty app has turned me into a devoted regular. Earning 1 point for $1 spent is such a smart and rewarding system. The $10 credit for $200 points is a fantastic incentive,and the double points on my birthday add an extra layer of excitement. It's perplexing to see low ratings for this app; maybe it's just a matter of getting used to it.For me, the perks outweigh any initial learning curve,and I'm delighted to be a loyal patron,especially for their scrumptious soup dumplings!

Can't use $10 credit balance on orders over $10. The app devs need to figure this out, I'm guessing it's because the app doesn't know how to process multiple payment methods. Had to use the balance in person

Terrible app doesn't actually work for payment. Used the same credit card in store with no issue. Also $1.00 convenience free, come on stop with this nonsense. Nan Xiang needs to find a new platform to work with.
