Would give zero stars if that was possible. Every time I try to send a message I get half way through typing it when the app freezes and kicks me out. Very frustrating.

Overall this is a really good app. However, the biometric feature is too fickle ( sometimes it works, other times it doesn't). Please fix this. Biometric features on most apps work fine - it should work on this app as well.

What a useless app! The website isn't mobile friendly, so I downloaded the app to be able to submit a claim... however it won't take me past the login page. Can't use the website. Can't use the app... Both are about as useful as the actual insurance is.
