Ratings and reviews

Worst app ever. Even a 5th standard student can build a better app than this. This app syncs steps after repeated failed attempts, but since last 5 days doesn't sync steps at all. And we are supposed to get discounts based on our log. I would suggest, please open a local booth everywhere so that people can personally log their data to the attendant rather than we having this headache of checking every 5 minutes to see if the sync has happened or not. PATHETIC.

Pathetic, worst and unprofessional app. It doesn't honour the steps count by various providers and technical/service team keep mum on issues and just close the tickets without discussion as per their convenience. And don't provide activ days. No real time data sync and you would complete more than 10k steps on other app and they sync it to 500-1000 less steps. Doesn't deserve single star as well.

I find this application extremely disappointing. It operates sluggishly and frequently fails to respond. Additionally, when attempting to use the chat support system, I encountered issues with the automated verification process. Despite entering the policy details exactly as specified in the document, I received error messages stating the information was incorrect.
