This app seem useless. You can't fund the app. When I tried to find it, it says, a pop up message has been sent to the number. Meanwhile, there is nothing like that. I downloaded the latest app. So, I don't think it's an issue with update. Most especially, it's even difficult for to understand what the is requesting. For example, when it says, enter a number, one does not know what number it requesting

All was going well with this app until I decided to upgrade my account with my NIN/BVN. It went downhill from there. I've been trying to login to no avail. The upgrade was successful as I was notified. Every attempt at logging in has been futile. I even sent a mail to their customer service, no response was gotten. Quite disappointing to be honest.

My first opinion? It is a fraud. So I loaded cash to enable me pay a subscription as every other method failed. The payment is pending. After a while, I said to try the 20k bonus given to buy 500 credit on my airtel line (it's not in my wallet by the way, and the balance 19,999 or thereabout). Contrary to what they've been advertising, the airtime was taken from the cash I loaded, not the bonus!!!! By the way, I was charged 50 bucks for loading the app account with cash.

You can unlock the super bonus by carrying out Airtel Airtime or Bundles (10% Cash back), MTN/9Mobile/Glo Airtime (3% Cash back), Electricity bill (3% Cash back), DSTV, GOTV or Startimes (3% Cash back). For the pending transaction, kindly send your wallet number and the transaction details via customerservice@smartcashpsb.ng.
