It worked fine the first stay I used it, but not for any stay after. I get through the verification process and it says it's waiting for the room-ready notification, but it never gets it. I've tried clearing cache, clearing storage, uninstalling and reinstalling. I tried doing the verification before and after the room-ready notice, even tried after checking into the hotel in-person. Nothing works. That one time it worked was nice though.

Created the digital key without any problem, but when I went to use the key it said I had to turn on permission to use location and it linked me to my phone settings. The problem is the app doesn't tell my phone that it wants location access so it's not on the list to enable. I tried from the app-specific settings (only had nearby devices, camera, and notifications that coulenabl) and tried directly in the location settings where it lists all apps and what permission level they've been given.

Extremely bad UI. the button to take a picture of ur ID is under the back button on android. how can you take a pic?
