Simply doesn't let me log in after answering all steps gives me an error saying server error please try again later. It's so interesting while any other company would treat better business customer's with verizon it's opposite! While for consumer accounts the app works for business it doesn't, while consumer can block certain phone numbers from calling or texting business can't...
I just downloaded the app and logged in. Things look good so far. I can see all of our business lines. I'm not sure how much control I have of the app yet... so far so good though.
Trying to log into my account. No luck.
Unable to logon after the latest update. Says "Invalid User ID". I spoke with Customer Support and they checked with Tech Support. It's a bug on the latest release. They tested on their test phone and it stopped working as well after they applied the update. No ETA in when it'll get fixed. Bummer. I really like the app to manage all phone lines to our business account. Hopefully it's fixed soon.
This new update finally brings some functional use but still limited in features. Would be nice if you could block data with a flip of a switch on a specific line.
