AWFUL Verizon is terrible. Service is no longer decent and they tack on random fees and charges without explanation, then make the bill intentionally difficult to decipher. IE - I paid off my bill, checked it again an hour later, and there was a balance of $40. How does that happen in 5 minutes when you're billed monthly and nothing was purchased? You have an assigned business account manager, but they are impossible to get ahold of. It's been 10 months, 6 emails, and so many calls - nothing!

I'm giving this a one star because on the pop-up " are you enjoying this app" the options are yes or not now There is no clear option for no. Also why don't y'all use the same logo Verizon logo on the app? The app is clunky, paying your bill, the data is not presented in an easy understandable way, it is very convoluted. And I believe that is to try to trick people into paying a month ahead, instead of just paying the past due balance. much internal scamming due to outsourced customer servic

Consistently Awful. I have had Verizon for over 20 years. This app hardly ever works. I will get allowed 1 maybe 2 log in attempts then I get locked out. It changes my security question to one I never used regularly. It just never works. I have tried to log in mutimes over the past year cause I was going to upgrade my business tablets and phones. I haven't and most like won't cause the app never works, the stores suck, the service has gotten worse since 2019 and not one person seems to care.
