Needs a lot of work. It's quite surprising Verizon decided to release this app for use, as it is presently. There are so many issues it's practically useless. AND, although it doesn't pertain to this app, I feel I must also mention that Verizon's customer service/technical support agents are so horribly untrained at their job, you can spend hours on the phone with them, and more often than not come away with more issues than you started with. Thier widespread incompetence simply boggles the mind

I am trying to change our greeting for our office through this app. I have done it many times before. The app now will not let me. Our business will not have the message of our holiday schedule because of this. I have uninstalled the app. I have granted it all permissions but it still states need permission to change. I talked with a live agent and did not receive help to fix it. Whatever the bug is in the program please fix it.

There's definitely room for improvement, the app is not precisely user friendly, especially the billing and card payment option could be more colorful/interactive.
