This is a nice app. In this app earning coins are very easy, but sometimes I didn't receive coins after completing offer even after few days, the solution for this problem is crucial, there tasks in which I have to deposit money but I still don't receive coins. this should be solved as soon as possible. I respectfully ask your team to improve the app. I have been using it for two years. there's also an important fault, the playtime reward and pubscale aren't opening or responding when clicked.

I gave 5 stars before as it was a good app. The payout of small amount processed within 10 mins. But recently I have requested for a 100rs payout and it has been more than a week without any response on my request. They mentioned 6hrs But no response yet. I am utterly disappointed with their service.

I had given PollPe a full 5⭐ earlier because it was a genuine app and I even received payments on time. But this time my ₹100 redemption has been stuck in “processing” for 4–5 days. This is very disappointing and shakes the trust of users. If such delays continue, people will stop using the app. I have now reduced my rating to 1⭐ until this issue is fixed. Please make the withdrawal process smooth and fast like before 🙂🙏🏻.
