Could you kindly assist me in obtaining a refund for the amount of N33,000 that was unexpectedly debited from my account? I had initially downloaded the app, but upon finding it unhelpful and not meeting my needs, I promptly cancelled it and refrained from using it further. If you were to check on your end, you would see that I only attempted to use the app once during the initial trial period. After a considerable time had passed since downloading and subsequently cancelling the app

This app is nothing but an absolute scam!! I need you people to refund the #46,000 you removed from my account without my permission. I wasn't able to use it for the actual reason why I downloaded it after my subscription of #25, and then you proceeded to remove a whole #46,000!! Send my money back to me if you don't want to be unfortunate.

Bottom menus of app are not seen in my Motorola phone as it is seen half covered by bottom menus of phone. I had given 3 star rating at first. But when I noticed that there is no response from developers to the users grievances I reduce rating to one
