I don't know when they changed it, but I just learned today that the free version no longer supports reading text beyond 5 pages. This was no the case previously. I had to start my free trial to finish scanning my new advance directive, and now I have to go unsubscribe, delete the app, and find something new to use. I'll buy the app but I am absolutely done with subscriptions

I have one complaint with this app, and it's that it doesn't allow me to use the system camera to take scans. My system camera allows me to take clearer scans than the in-app camera, so my current workflow is to take the photos in the system camera, then import them into the adobe scan. If they add an option to use the system camera, I'll rate 5 stars.

when it's good it's very good. there is nothing like it for scanning documents on the go, and then uploading to Adobe Cloud where you can access the documents from anywhere. scans are clean, accurate, and tend to be very efficiently compressed. however the biggest problem is when the app will not sync to or upload to the cloud. this happens not infrequently, with no remedy or guidance given other than the cryptic error message " waiting to upload. other times, error messages are non-existent.
