I gave 1 🌟 as there's not a 0 I've been trying to setup a account but every time I try it says an error has occurred try again later this is the 3rd day and I still can't set it up. Please fix this problem.

Will not allow me to sign in or anything to allow me to check on my bill or anything. They changed apps on me and now I am screwed having paperless billing and now app-less also. Thank you Alabama Power for messing it up for everyone!
