since the last upgrade it opens with,( it looks like you're offline) when actually I'm securely connected. then it loads extremely slow, each pages takes a bit to load up. when I get to the finalize payment it doesn't respond. I have been using this app for years no problem until now. it simply doesn't work.

Had to download the app not too long ago because they said it had a bug now had to down load it again. First time no problem the app kept my info. Not this time. Try to pull up my account nothing valid not even the phone number I've had for years. This is why I should have kept getting paper bills instead of a text. They have my info but now I have to go through all this. So much for being a valued costumer. No help on the weekends .

I've never have had a problem using this mobile app it's easy to use and it does more then show you ur Bill, It does so much more then just billing and payments. I like tht it gives me control of what alerts I want or need. but it has lots more to offer all in all I love this app. I will continue giving it a 5star review ...
