They have really screwed us over! They only care about money and budget billing is a joke! The last 3 years I have added each month's actual bill and each month's budget billingand at the end of each year we have overpaid at least $150, well, our bill has been steadily going up for this last yearand I'm not talking about a little bit! In March our budget billing was more than my actual monthly disability check! Our (actual bill) was $325. Our (budget billing) was $1,047! without power 3 months n

Had to download the app not too long ago because they said it had a bug now had to down load it again. First time no problem the app kept my info. Not this time. Try to pull up my account nothing valid not even the phone number I've had for years. This is why I should have kept getting paper bills instead of a text. They have my info but now I have to go through all this. So much for being a valued costumer. No help on the weekends .

since the last upgrade it opens with,( it looks like you're offline) when actually I'm securely connected. then it loads extremely slow, each pages takes a bit to load up. when I get to the finalize payment it doesn't respond. I have been using this app for years no problem until now. it simply doesn't work.
