You can handle bill pay and report outages. That's about it. I have automated bill pay setup, so that feature is mostly useless to me. I was hoping to be able to review and compare usage history, but that's not available in the app. There is a usage tab, but it only provides a link to a FAQ.

app is good although it doesn't sign you out when you close it instead, even if you haven't been on it in a month, it tells you your last session is no longer active and then for some odd reason biometrics becomes disabled and you have to go through the process again of setting it up like you haven't done that before....

Hello Philip! Indeed, the app doesn't log you out automatically, and sessions may expire. Nonetheless, you shouldn't need to reset your biometrics each time this happens. If you're still experiencing this issue, kindly email us at customerservice@alabamapower.com so we can investigate further.

I haven't even used this app in years, at least 3 phones ago (approx 2017) Just got a new phone and it reinstalled my old apps. Still didn't use it. Reinstalled it 1 more time today and while looking at the reviews I see we can pay via the app instead of bill matrix. AUTOMATIC 5 STARS. I'm sold.
