missing points. several times on spin the wheel where I won 500 points and 100 points which were not credited. then one time I spin the wheel and it stopped at $1 million, meaning I won, but it refuses to show the next screen to confirm my winnings. instead the app "froze". I close it and when I returned, it let me spin again. fake app which does not honor winnings.

this is a good membership to join but there are major flaws in the app. firstly I referred 3 others to join but was not credited the 1000 points for each as indicated. After playing the word games on 2 consecutive days, my points are also not credited. lucky spin points are said to be credited within 7 days. shall monitor this. wrote in several times via email but no reply.

terrible app with basics missing. Once you sign-up then anytime you want to reinstall the all, it will never allow you to sign-in because there is no option, same case for Forgot Password because there is no link. Ask anything option at the bottom does nothing except routing back to the main screen and tells you to Sign Up again. pls before rolling out the app, test throughly on different versions of OS. 29/10: Guys, instead of pushing the standard copy paste text, spend time in reading email
