Ratings and reviews

App doesn't work all the time in the cafe. Sometimes it double charges the points when you try to redeem. Customer service are useless. I used to go to Costa Kuwait alot; this app and their customer service made me boycott them. Boycotting even further as it's owned by coca cola

UK residents take note!!! This isn't the app for UK Costa, search Costa coffee club that doesn't have ME and you'll find the one we can use. Simply searching again for the app fixed the issue I had. One starring the app just because it didn't have English as a option and complaining without looking again is not going to help anyone actually from the country this app was developed for.

App totally crashes. Had to delete it when i went for long vacation. Now that i'm trying to use it again, i can't even use it. Only says i already have an account registered via my email. Dead end. No option for opening the app using my phone number or email.
