this app is full of bugs... 1. item added in the cart arent saved. 2. cant filter the products if go back and come it gets stuck 3. website shows some specifications and app doesn't show. many more... to be honest it takes plenty of time to search needed products and we get frustrated 😠 and leave the app.

Very bad services. Very worst company. Very, very bad. They just sell. After selling, they forgot everything. I buy a split ac 2 ton. Ac is not cooling , ice forming, and remote not working. I called xcote customer care . They told me they didn't provide a warranty. But when I told them I had paper and it is warranty they they shared me with aleesa third providers' numbers. I called them, but no one picked up. I go to the aleessa website and booked an appointment. No came no called.

worst app. worst services. worst customer support. I ordered a product and every day they are saying it will be delivered today. in the evening they say it won't be delivered today, it will be delivered tomorrow. you should definitely try other sources like Best al yousifi, eureka, or other local ones.
