the search by description option isnt helping, every time i write an alphabet it starts loading. I wanna be able to finish typing before it loads. I always need to write it somwhere else then paste to be able to search something quick. Its a genuine feedback so I do expect an improvement from you guys. Other than this i really appreciate the team behind this. Great job :))

What kind of unresponsive, jitterly and slow app is this. Whenever I open this app, it takes forever to load, after loading is completed, the hamburger menu has the same issue to slow loading. This app makes me rage and I try to break my phone screen. If you are thinking my phone is not good enough to run allen app, my phone's processor is Exynos 9825, it runs high graphic games, so i don't think it should have problem running this app. Resolve this as soon as possible

I am one of the students of Allen. I have been using this app for now almost a year. This app is overall good, but there are certain problems with this app. One of the major is that it can't hold more than a few commands before it crashes and we have to restart it again and again, also it is slow in processes. This all creates a bit of bad experience. I request the digital team to fix these issues as soon as possible.
