This app is so annoying. I've been trying to connect my band with my phone. But whenever i open this app, it automatically shuts down in 1 or 2 seconds, showing runs exception time. I don't know how to fix this. Could you fix this so that i can use my band in a correct way? I've already uninstalled and installed like 20 times and also re-started my phone. And tried the reset network settings as work. Nothing is working.

Pathetic App: It only worked on first day and once I turned off the Bluetooth it got disconnected. Since then I have been trying it for more than a week to connect but every time it is connecting & disconnecting and at last it is not connected. Apart from that I found below issues. 1. Can't setup the alarm. It always gives error saying please set for time more than 3 min. 2. The app / watch doesn't keep track of previous days steps. 3. Sleep monitor doesn't show sleep / awake time.

Unable to pair. Bluetooth just keeps on scanning for device but didn't find the device. Restarted device but didn't work. App is complicated to understand. Also, while tapping help or any other feature of the app, it dosen't open that specifically required feature. Every time incorrect date and time is shown in the device and can't sync with the app. Update feature not working.
